Refund Policy

Effective date: August 7, 2026

PlrHubStore sells non-tangible digital products (downloads, memberships, and related digital goods). Because delivery is immediate or near-immediate after payment, refunds are limited as described below.

General rule

All sales of digital products are final once the product has been delivered or download access has been granted, except in the situations listed below or where required by applicable law.

When refunds may be provided

  • Non-delivery: You paid successfully but did not receive access or download links due to a technical issue on our side, and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time after you contact support.
  • Duplicate charge / billing error: You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged incorrectly due to a verified payment error.
  • Material description mismatch: The delivered product is substantially different from the product description (for example, completely wrong item), and you report it promptly with order details.
  • Legal requirements: Where consumer law requires a refund or cancellation right that cannot be waived for digital content.

When refunds are not provided

  • Change of mind after download or membership access has been provided.
  • Compatibility issues caused by your device, software, hosting, or lack of technical knowledge, where the product matches its description.
  • Failure to read the product license (PLR/MRR) or membership terms before purchase.
  • Partial use of a membership period, except where required by law or expressly stated in a plan.

How to request a refund

Contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of purchase (sooner if possible). Include:

  • Order number / account email
  • Product name
  • Clear description of the issue and any screenshots/error messages

We may ask for reasonable information to verify the claim. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your payment provider so we can help resolve delivery or access issues. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.
