Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every purchase made on plrshop.shop ("PLRSHOP", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products
We sell digital products only: ebooks, reports, templates and related files delivered as downloadable ZIP archives. Product pages describe what each archive contains. Page counts and file formats are given in good faith based on the files supplied.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout using the methods listed there. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email.
3. Delivery
Files are made available for download from your account as soon as payment is confirmed. See our Downloads & Delivery page.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content this right ends once you start the download, and by placing an order you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the cancellation right is lost at that point. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
5. Licence
Every product comes with the private label rights licence included in the archive. In short, you may edit, rebrand, sell and give away the content and keep all income. You may not claim copyright over the unmodified files or use the PLRSHOP name on your version. The full text is in the LICENSE.txt file supplied with each product and on our PLR Licence page.
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Downloads are tied to your account and must not be shared publicly.
7. Content accuracy
Products are informational and provided as-is. They are not legal, medical, financial or professional advice. Check facts before you publish.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
