What private label rights mean
Private label rights (PLR) give you far more than a normal purchase. You are not just buying a book to read. You are buying the right to make it your own.
You can
- Edit, rewrite, shorten, expand or translate the content
- Put your own name and brand on it as the author
- Sell it in any format and keep 100% of the money
- Give it away, bundle it, offer it as a bonus or use it as a lead magnet
- Break it into articles, blog posts, emails, videos or a course
- Add it to paid or free membership sites
- Pass on personal use, resale, master resale or private label rights to your own buyers
You cannot
- Claim copyright over the original, unmodified files
- Use the PLRSHOP name or branding on your version
Practical tips
The more you change, the more valuable the product becomes. At minimum add your name, a new title and a new cover. Better still, add your own examples and a chapter of your own. Search engines and customers both reward original work.
