Refund Policy

All PLRSHOP products are digital downloads, so our policy follows the rules for digital content.

Before you download

If you change your mind before you have started downloading, email us within 14 days of the order and we will refund you in full.

After you download

Once a download has started, the file has been delivered and the right to cancel ends, as you agreed at checkout. We cannot take a digital file back, so refunds are not given for change of mind after download.

Faulty or wrong files

If a file is corrupt, missing, or clearly not what the product page describes, tell us within 30 days. We will send a corrected file or refund the order. That is your legal right and we honour it without fuss.

Email help@plrshop.shop with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within one working day.
