Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data PLRSHOP collects, why, and what rights you have. It applies to plrshop.shop.
What we collect
- Account and order data: your name, email address, password (stored hashed), order history and downloads.
- Payment data: handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs and essential cookies needed to keep you logged in and your basket working.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe.
Why we use it
To create your account, process and deliver orders, send order emails, answer support requests, prevent fraud and keep the site running. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the shop. Newsletter emails are sent only with your consent and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider (Oracle Cloud), our email delivery provider (Brevo) for transactional emails, and payment providers to take payment. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing help@plrshop.shop. Your account page also lets you download your data and delete your account. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: session, basket and login. No advertising cookies are set.
